Terms and Conditions

The sections that follow cover some of the most important aspects of purchasing on the Marks Marine website. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using or purchasing anything from our website, and ensure that they contain everything you want and nothing you are unwilling to agree to.


Refunds and Returns

If you change your mind, we will gladly give you a full refund as long as the products have not been dispensed. We will process the refund if you email us at contact@marksmarinepharmacy.store with your order number and delivery address.

We are unable to re-use medication once it has been dispensed because it has been labeled and packed specifically for you. Due to this, as well as prescription medication legislation, you will be unable to cancel your order after it has been dispensed, and we will be unable to provide you with a refund. To be clear, if you received your order and changed your mind (at any time after it was dispensed), you will be unable to return it, and we will not refund your money.

Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day they are placed; therefore, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us right away.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment card.

Please keep in mind that Mayfair Weight Loss Clinic does not manufacture any medications and only dispenses medication and products that are licensed in the United Kingdom. If the efficacy does not meet your expectations or you are unable to lose the desired amount of weight, you are not entitled to a refund. Because undesirable side effects do occur when taking medication, we are unable to provide refunds if you experience them. We recommend that you only order the smallest size.


Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you have received a faulty device/pen, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24-48 hours by emailing contact@marksmarinepharmacy.store and we will look into the matter for you. You will be required to return the unused pen to the pharmacy via recorded/tracked delivery along with a description of the problem. A case will be opened with Novo Nordisk for investigation, and the faulty device will be sent to them for examination. If the device is found to be defective, it will be replaced at no cost. Please keep in mind that the process can take up to 6 weeks.

Any defective pens must be reported within 45 days of receipt. We will be unable to replace any faulty pens after this time.

Please DO NOT return any products, medications, or pens to us unless we specifically request it. We are required by law to discard them once they are received and will not be responsible for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have requested it in writing via email. This also applies to medication that has been returned to us as a result of failed delivery attempts.
